deep deep love

Who doesnapos;t think they have a good sense of humour? Has anyone, ever, looked at a personals ad for someone looking for apos;GSOHapos; thought, "Well, thatapos;s not me. Next."?

Surely it would be much more accurate to actually say something about your sense of humour - and with actual newspaper personals shrinking in number, the internet allows a much more leeway in terms of words used. For example, I might say that I love improvised comedy, and enjoy a lot of stand-up - Iapos;m an easy audience member to please when it comes to making me laugh. Iapos;m also fond of some silly, short jokes, and have no problem with humour going dark. I donapos;t like cringe comedy, or gross-out comedy, or shows where I hate everybody involved; irredeemable arseholes turn me off, from Bernard in Black Books to George Costanza in Seinfeld. Being an absolute dick can be funny, but I have limits on how much leeway Iapos;ll give a character.

Myself, I tend to a rather dry, sarcastic humour, strongly tempered with a brain that often knows exactly the wrong thing to say in a somewhat funny way. I tease in a friendly manner, and while Iapos;m not intending to hurt, it can sometimes be quite biting.

Itapos;s oddly uninformative, though itapos;s a fair bit of information - but it doesnapos;t just say GSOH. Because even those who have no sense of humour think they do, so itapos;s possibly the most useless thing someone could say they have and/or are looking for.
deep deep love, deep deep jesus love oh, deep deep jesus love o, deep deep jesus love.
